At 360 we follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice, with a typical inspection taking two to three hours. At the conclusion of the inspection, our licensed home inspector will walk you through his findings, explaining the general condition of the home with you and/or your agent. This provides you the chance to review, on-site, any areas of concern and is also an opportunity to learn about maintaining your future home.

The fee for a standard inspection starts at approximately $360. Costs are adjusted based on several factors including the size of the home. Quotes are based on square footage numbers obtained from the Property Appraiser’s office and verified by the inspector at the time of the inspection. Additional services and consultations are available. Contact us for an exact quote today.
